FAQ

How do we "spend" our credits?

Once you purchase a pack, you’ll get a unique link to my private booking calendar. When your schedule is released, simply hop on and claim your dates.

 

Are the travel expenses included in your packages?

All games within 50 miles of [Your Location] are included. For out-of-state tournaments, let’s chat during our Strategy Call to work out travel logistics.

 

What if our Game/tournament schedule changes last minute?

 

We know sports are unpredictable. You can reschedule a credit for free up to 48 hours before the game. Within 48 hours, a credit is forfeited as I’ve blocked that time off for your team.

 

When do we get the Season Recap Film?

Triple A Pack holders receive their cinematic recap within 14 days of the final "spent" credit, perfect for end-of-season parties.
